Product characteristics of oil-fired hot air furnace
HI(indirect), HD(direct) series fuel oil hot air furnace produced by our company is a special industrial furnace with light diesel or heavy diesel as fuel and air as heat carrier.
This hot air furnace introduces the foreign advanced technology, USES the enhancement heat transfer way and the heat resisting steel material, the structure is compact, the volume is small, the service life is long.
HI series hot air furnace USES indirect heating air, so that the smoke and air go their own way, heating absolutely no pollution, to meet the hot air has clean, fire and explosion protection requirements of the application of the field needs.
Adopt insert type hot air circulation fan, and hot air furnace heat exchange body integration installation, save the site, reduce the noise, reduce the heat dissipation, and easy to maintain.
Equipped with imported burner, high degree of automation, high reliability, accurate temperature control. Through the primary heat transfer, the furnace directly outputs the high temperature air, the thermal efficiency is high, makes up for the steam boiler and heat conduction oil heating furnace because of the secondary heat transfer caused by the thermal efficiency is low, save oil, save electricity, significant economic benefits.
